Master writ - crafting a glyph mage

Hello,
For a master writ, I had to make, in Epic quality, a glyph, named "glyphe superbe du mage" in French, which I translate as "Superb Mage Glyph" .
I crafted both level 150 and 160 using a round rune for Epiq quality, and used the triangle rune for Magicka (add magicka on armor for instance).
Altought the name of the glyph in French slightly differ each time from the one asked in the quest, I am pretty sure I made the good ones.
Yet, the quest could not be validated,

so I filled a bug report, got some reply from the French team who did a nice copy and paste of some template (I copy their reply mail below)
who suggested to abandon the quest.
I did so. The item does not exist in my inventory anymore. I can't restart the quest. Well done.

PS: For some reason, the item starting the writ quest is not in my bag (does it disappear when you take the quest?).

So, I guess the developers are too busy to give me back the quest, so at least, an answer would be appreciated.

Bonjour,

Étape 1. Déconnectez-vous complètement du jeu pendant au moins 15 minutes. Cela effectue une légère réinitialisation de votre personnage dans une nouvelle instance du jeu et rafraîchit votre environnement. Ce qui permet à l’objet manquant de la quête d’apparaitre correctement dans votre personnage.

Étape 2. Abandonnez la quête et la redémarrer. Cela permettra à l'environnement et les alentours de se réinitialiser et de permettre au jeu de faire réapparaître l'objet manquant.

Si tout le reste échoue, veuillez envoyer vos commentaires ou visitez la section dans les forums pour le rapport de bug en anglais uniquement (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/bug-reports) afin que nos développeurs puissent étudier une solution adéquate.

Yep, it gets used when you activate the quest. And that is an auto reply. Bad advice to give in an autoreply. Pretty sure you wanted the CP150 as the CP160 would have been "Truly superbe" whatever truly is in french. What the heck is with "mage" though? magika does not equal mage. It's not even an English word so why cause confusion replacing it? How does "mage" tell you if it's max magika, magika regen, or a weapon glyph that steals magika (can't think of the name). Somthing is missing in that glyph name.
