Character Ships

its just my suggestion but i think characters should be able to purchase a ship(boat) complete with a cabin, that they can pilot around the world themselves. Park it in a port when they arrive then climb off and go adventuring. It will be there where they left it when they return to climb aboard and sail to another port of choice

A house like the ships anchored off large city harbors woud be really neat.

that would be great, and if you could store a few things there, if you were a vamp u could have your coffin in the cabin

I did all the mining on my boat!

I agree though, I'd be all over a house boat.

The game engine cannot support that, the Devs claimed there isn't anything the game can do with water other than swimming. Piloting an entire boat through the water around the map is out of the question since this isn't open world like that.

Couldn't it work like a mount? I mean sure, it'd be terrible, but couldn't it technically work?
