lot of flickering grass ect. 4k radeon rx480

cant seem to get rid of the flickering. I have 4k resolution and there is a lot of flickering in the grass. is a free synch monitor as well

This is an issue with the current AMD drivers. If you roll back to 16.12.2, you should be fine.

No word on if the ESO team is working on a solution or if we're going to have to wait for AMD to sort it out.

17.1.2 is the latest drivers that works.
