I posted this in general discussion. 'Animated' Furnishings NOT Animated' But someone suggested I post it here too.
Dark Brotherhood banner clearly says it is animated in the description on the right of the screen.I bought it and when I went to place it at my house, it looks like a piece of cardboard just there. Why say animated if it isn't? Must be a bug.
