Is there a phone number for Customer service. I have been contacting ESO help though there email support and it is completely and utterly horrible.

Keep replying and politely ask for it to be escalated. If you post your ticket number here one of the moderators might help escalate it.

@Domino2339, I would contact the credit card company that you used and ask them to reverse the charge back. If you challenged the charge that likely got your account banned.

It's has been cancelled since January 18th

Is it your PC account that is banned? If so, I would wait till it gets reactivated and then request a cancellation of the ESO+ for PC.

You might try contacting your credit card and asking if they can notify ZOS that the charge back has been reversed.

It was the PC account but they banned both accounts because it was linked. I can call the bank tomorrow. Right now I don't care about the $80 for the PC. They can have it, I would be happy eating the cost if they would just reinstated my account. I really would like to try the New Morrwind expansion

Well, I believe the only option is to try to get them aware you have reversed the charge back.

Also the Morrowind expansion is not out till June.

Last email I got from them was the 25 of February. With the normal response it can take up to 5 week. Isn't going on week 7

@ZOS_AntonioP I just contacted the bank. ESO has had the funds since 11/28/2016. I'm heading to the branch to get a copy of the letter stating the information. I have been extremely patient. On Friday March 17th 2017 will be my Two Month mark. I have been charged faithfully and I'm unable to use or enjoy my service. I had a copy of the email that shows that I cancelled my ESO+ on pc and can't understand why I am being punished.
