Bug - merethic potion not creating glass chapters

Sent in a bug report, but didn't see it mentioned here. So:
Public Service Announcement for Xbox players
Gather 10 of the glass fragments and use the 10k gold Merethic Restorative Resin, and..... Nothing happens.
It got me twice with this bug. First time, I thought I had maybe exited too quickly with B and foo'd it. Second time I deliberately sat and watched the Resin disappear while my character did not do the hand animation thingy nor did a new chapter appear.
So, beware the Merethic.
