Can't Log Back In - Error 200

I was back in, I switched characters but appeared to be getting group chat from the old group that the OTHER character was in so I logged off and tried to log back in, hoping that would fix the error but now it won't let me log in - 200 error.
And I can't find the stupid paypal invoice so I can't put in a support ticket - morons! Lousiest customer service - ever!
