Right now, anyone over CP 300 kills overland trash mobs in one hit. Delve and public dungeon bosses go down with one ult or 2-3 regular abilities. And with each CP cap increase, this content becomes easier and easier.
This completely kills any enjoyment you'd get from questing. Morrowind is going to fall flat for this reason as well.
So, how about increasing enemy CP level, without a increasing the max gear level? Or would that make the content too difficult for players who are levelling up?
