Gold items listed. Alliance Point bought items are usually Impenentrable. There was a week when they were swapped if I recall correctly.

Ring of worm was selling previously by vendor in January and Darkatride ring was in December.

Looks like, One Tamriel sets are not even included!

Well, yes, there is a point. If only 3% of players have ever upgraded their bank capacity, then I suspect an even lower amount have completed a vet dungeon, never mind run vet dungeons over and over again. Not everyone does vet dungeons for numerous reasons; PvP, dislike a large portion of the end game crowd (What, with it being one of the most toxic group of players around) etc and as such stick to normal dungeons thus never see a helm. People who claim helms shouldn't be on the vendor or that the vendor should at least cater towards the shoulders more don't represent a large number of players. I'd argue it from the other side, I can get shoulders when I want, but find the helms almost unobtainable due to my dislike of participating with the hardcore end game crowd. I'm not alone.

I am ok with many helms at the vendor ONLY if they improve the horrible RNG drops. That's why people want shoulders over helms. Odds of getting good helm (since they have 100% drop rate) are tremendously higher than getting good shoulder.

But helms at vendor can prove useful as well. Need Velidreth helm because don't have the DLC. The Veli shoulder I can drop anytime.

Gold worm jewellery gives you like 20 more max max and like 7 more spell damage.
The 5th effect is unchanged therefore the gold versions are useless and a huge waste of money.
