[XBOX1] Game does not recognize my ESO Plus membership. Is the service down?

Title says it all. In the middle of the day today, for no reason I know, my crafting bag stopped working. I soon realized that the game thinks I'm not an ESO Plus member. Others are saying the same thing. Is ZOS aware of this? Any suggestions for moving forward?
