Activity Finder still bugged?

So i've notice a bug in the queue for the activity finder when it comes to specific dungeons. I invite some friends and we queue for the dailies and it gives us the ready check and we accept and it loads us in the dungeon. Then we complete the dungeon and queue for the next we all accept the ready check and it doesn't load us in the dungeon. This happens almost every time we first form the group. Seems like it only loads you in for the first queue once the group forms.
