How come my ESO Plus on PC says 'Not Active' when it is under my account?

My ticket has been sitting untouched for over a week about this, so I figured I'd ask here.

What can I do to fix my Plus membership, because it says I have 48 days left and status is Active.
But in-game, I no longer have access to my craft bag, buffs, or DLCs when I did a week ago.

I didn't change anything, move anything, or alter the game via Steam or otherwise.

I'd like to know if there's a fix or what can be done because Support hasn't said anything.
Thanks!

That certainly sounds as though there could be a bug in the game software, but it could also originate in the ZOS accounting system.

The only thing that I can recommend from experience: when you encounter a problem with regard to whether the software is behaving correctly, completely exit the game. Then run the Launcher and use its Options > Repair Files feature to verify the integrity of the game client files installed on your computer. It will correct any corruption that it finds. If the problem is not corrected when you play the game again, then the problem is probably with the game host running on the megaserver and/or with the ZOS accounting system.
