1) Sell Item Limit increases in the crown store, as is done for bank and personal inventory
2) Allow containers that can hold items, even if limited to ESO Plus so that the craft bag doesn't lose relevancy
3) Expand the Banker and Merchant assistants to full service bank that can access guild store and merchant repairs when in house
4) Add writ boards that can be placed on property
5) Add a courier that can deliver writ goods and complete the crafting quest for you
6) Add an alchemy garden
7) Add servants to the large homes that will tend the grounds, kitchen, laundry, cleaning, etc
8) Add a bard

I would settle for 2, 4, and 5, but these are all stuff I would welcome with open arms.

And definitely more NPCs. Bards to sing, servants to serve, prisoners for the dungeons, allies to discuss war strategy. Things need to make the place feel more alive.

Seven would be nice. Perhaps they could pick Six for you, if one had Seven hired, so you could talk to them to get the items they've harvested. Otherwise we could harvest Six like normal. Six could also be expanded for other harvestibles too.

Honestly, there are 101 great ideas floating around the forums at the moment regarding Homestead and changes we'd like to see in the future. I only hope ZoS have seen them and might take some on board that they also like.

I'd also like to see a section of the forums just for Housing so we could get all these ideas and discussions together. But that is a topic in another thread. Maybe they will with time...

Necromancer Altar (the kneeling skeleton with arms streched out for a tome to rest on) Daedric table "hot tub" natural spring (for relaxing) Servants / slaves / guards (the guards have to patrol or stand at attention at all times) A single wall item (pre-built wall), this can be done in 3 sizes (small, medium, large) Pre-built stairs ( different kinds, straight wooden ones, spiral metal, stone ect.) Pre-built small steps (same as above) Imperial architecture inspired structures and ornaments Anvil has a wonderful fountain I would like to have... New windows / glass for windows ( lead glass with diffferent patterns)

Would love to see ZOS changing the item value... Let me explain.

Tiny items such as gaming die, food items, quills (etc.) all count as a full ONE item. I think that is very unfair. Compare that to a wide bed... Now look back at the tiny items.

All the small items should not count as 1 item, but rather a fraction of an item. That, or increase item cap, as well as visitor cap.

2. Also I would like my pets to roam and be pettable.
3. Also actually using beds; if you log off in your bed get a small (5%) xp bonus for an hour the next time you log in (limited to once a day)

Even if they don't add repairs to the merchant there should be a way to get repairs in your home. Maybe sleeping in your bed?

I have bought 1 medium house, and so far its about 30% decorated as such my requests would be

1) More sets on crown store
2) Crown store houses with optional interior. For example I can buy a Nord house but have it filled with Argonian furniture
3) Book cases be containers I can put books in and it stacks them rather than trying to stake them one at a time.

1. Mailbox/guest book/message board -allow friends to leave messages or gifts
2. Remove restriction on number of pets/mounts that can be placed. - I want to make a zoo.
3. Personal store NPC - allow my visitors to purchase items I crafted or place orders.
4. Biography book - an interactive book visitors can read containing the home owners biography/achievements.
5. Guild halls - allow multiple people to be able to place/add furniture.
6. Slides - I want a slide to ride down my towers.

An easy way to snap and align paintings to walls.

Guild halls! Where the guild leader can set permissions for who can place, move and remove furniture.

Guest books for houses, so we can see who visited while we were out.

Storage. Even if we have to pay a set amount for each slot (as long as there is a gold option). Attaching it to certain types of furniture is fine, too, as long as they are available in-game and not just the Crown Store.

Improved interaction with furniture. Why can't I sit on the Khajiit barstools? Why do I need an emote to interact with the beds?

Improved pet and mount interactions. Let the mounts use their standard idling animations. Let the pets wander like the NPC ones, or have their own interactions with the furniture (lay on beds, sit in front of fires, etc) or special pet-only furniture items. Something.

Additional NPCs for houses. Guards, gardeners, spouses, whatever. Let them interact with the decorations (for example, gardener would interact with any plants available, or just stand there if no plants in the decoration list).

Just a few ideas.

I would like a way to share all my houses with friends and guild members. Right now they can only go to my primary residence. Would be nice if there was a drop down menu so they could select which of my houses to go to.

Would also like to see a way to let others view how an item will look before I craft it. Maybe an option to link the item in chat in the same menu as where you decide to craft or preview item that would allow others to then click on it a view. That way I don't have to craft someone a chair in hopes that they will want it.
