''Animated'' Furnishings NOT Animated

I'm experimenting with my house decorations. I literally this second got a Dark Brotherhood Banner and it says that it is 'animated'. When I went back to my house and placed it, it didn't move gently in the wind like I assumed it would. Just looks like a lifeless piece of cardboard just hanging there. I know I could hang it inside but that's not the point. Why say it is animated, when it clearly isn't? Must be bugged. Fix.

If it's described as animated, it should be - regardless of how many other banners are animated or not. Submit a bug report.

I've had a problem with my provisioning station not showing an animation. It's supposed to have a fire animation, but it doesn't.

animated means that it was killed and then resurected as undead )))

I bought a Small Pact Banner the other day and also noted that it doesn't move at all, despite being labeled as animated

The Alliance shield items are labelled as animated, and my first thought was "how?"

I've not actually bought one because I have almost no AP, but I'm curious as to how a shield could possibly be animated. Unless it's enchanted, I suppose.

There are in fact some banners that move, though. I'm not in my house atm, but I'll check on them. The ones that surprised me that they didn't move were the siege weapons from PvP achievements. They say they're interactable but don't seem to do anything. I really wanted to siege the nearby town

The swamp plant and weird vines achievement furniture move.

Same here. I've had to place several candles behind my provisioning station to make it look like the fire in it is flickering ... >.>

Unsure if my Hookah (forget its real in game name) was supposed to be animated, but in the cut scenes and other places, it shows as having a nice twirling smoke coming out.

Ergo, I purchased one, placed it and .... arghh no smoke.

Perhaps I could clip an incense burner under\within it somehow, since those do smoke, but that seems unappealing.

We have no "lighters", and mine must have arrived sans a load of wacky tobacky. So, there it sits in my garden tempting me; come on ZoS, fire it up.

My small pact banner is animated.

It's really annoying actually, as if you put it close to the wall it clips through it...
