Did they really fix Malubeth ?

Has anyone tested if they actually did, really for real, not joking, really really finally, fixed Malubeth? I know it just got patched, but i really wanna know if they got it this time or not.

No, i mean fixed as in they fixed the specific bug that they mention. Malubeth was never "OP". It was just never fixed for the actual bug it had, with too high healing ticks. They have previously stated this was a bug with the source of damage being wrong. But they did not actually fix it. If in doubt, just watch this;

00:23 - Malubeth procs for 450 healing / tick
00:32 - Malubeth procs for 250-350 healing / tick (prob. major/minor defile)
00:54 - Malubeth procs for 3400-4200 healing / tick
01:05 - Malubeth procs for 2700-4000 healing / tick
01:20 - Malubeth procs for 500-719 healing / tick

This was 2 months ago, after they presumably "fixed" it.

When they did the changes to the set with regards to Major Vitality, i lost all hope of a fix. But guess they still have it on the drawing table. Will test it out myself ASAP. But if anyone beats me to it, please post it.
