    Note: This does not apply to Collector’s Edition treasure maps, which continue to grant their previous rewards.

    No they didn't. It's all maps exclude the CE maps.

    there are 5-7 treasure maps per area at least, outside of Cyrodiil and about 15 for Cyrodiil itself - a lot to list.
    (other than Hews Bane, Gold Coast, Stros, Betnikh & the Roost - which have 2 each)

    They did not say all non CE maps. They said by the following maps except this one.

    Not a console patch. It's a purely downtime to activate the double AP event and no CP in PvP test.

    Good question is, if they will allow more players on the PVP map. many times there is a long queue. Hard to test, when you can not get in.

    The day this announcement was made, I got together all my maps and opened over 30 chests. I received 1 painting every 4-7 chests. However, since that day, even with Treasure Hunter cp perk, I have not received a painting in a treasure chest since the day of this announcement.
