Increased Guild Functions

I was speaking with some guild mates who were waiting for an officer or the GM to be online so they can be promoted for trading purposes. I recently made a post regarding this but I feel we need expanded guild functions to make life easier for everyone so it's not a waiting game for those who want X that only an officer/GM can provide.
So it comes to my point, why can't we have guild masters and high level officers be allowed to request weekly payments via CoD. The approved members would make a set payment of 5k a week or 20k a month. Each member can select if they want to pay monthly or weekly and when the payment is completed you would be automatically promoted to the rank required to access trading. This in my opinion would allow more flexibility and less stress of the officers/guild masters who have to keep up with who has payed what and it could also help with removal of inactive members so the guild is always kept lively when space is needed.
You could have if person X has not payed their payment within a month they will be removed set instead of looking through your excel sheet or whatever list you have just to do so.
There's plenty of others like an actual guild hall instead of having a person house represent it, it could be a feature in the guild main screen (Which shows ownership and guild trader) underneath it could have House A n it's location at B. Players then can see the guild houses in the map travel (it'll function similar to when you travel to wayrest it will show the waysrhine + the dungeons).
Lastly why not have a town crier where people who want to start a guild could speak to said person and pay a fee where said crier would then save your guild name and what you plan to offer e.g. PvE group content, PvP content, etc. This would allow the many players who spam the chats about their guild recruiting a easier time to recruit players. This idea came from PSO2 where they have a hub that shows a list of guilds who are recruiting and players can send a application (request to join) and it will appear on the leaders notifications where they can approve/deny the request.
I'm sure there are many other options but these are just my thoughts on the current guild system.
