My guild is DC guild and i like DC alliance the most...but I can't get hose EP/AD style pvp achievement furniture unless I create two toons of different alliance and level them again.

No, you burn the other alliance's siege equipment during battle. This is solely a vanity issue. Make more characters and earn the achievements. Creating multiple posts isn't going to change opinions on this.PC NA2
