Is there a way to get the blue glowing tree from the center of elden root??? I soooooo want it!!!!

    There are a lot of trees available but I do not think that one exists as a deco. If it did it would be tied to an achievement so checking achievement vendors would be the way to gol.

    I checked eso fashion and all the merchants it is not available :( its just a recolored pink tiered cherry tree
