Homestead Blueprints and Praxis Priceguides

Yooooo.
Alright so I am trying to cash in on the blueprint/praxis surge thats going on in XB1.
This is day 2 of the update and I see that many traders are selling blueprint and furnishing recipes for 20-25k for 1 and some going up to 1mil.

Does anyone have an idea what constitutes a high priced recipe?
I picked up a Purple Praxis; Redguard Bowl and does not require a legendary item.

Can someone explain the pricing or recipe differences? Just a generalization will work.

I don't have my home yet still saving up for the 60k home.

They will fall DRAMATICALLY very soon.

First day on PC NA, purple recipes were going for 75k or more. Now they will regularly go for about 15-20ish, but can get up to about 30 if it's really in demand or cool.

Greens mostly go for about 1,200-2500, but people DO manage to sell the better ones for 4k. Blues hover around the 5-8k mark.

Im on the XB1 NA Server so I give these prices until Friday. Weekend surge is coming and I want to be prepared for that haha.

What makes the recipes "better"? Is it just the color aspect or are there actual traits/materials that they require I should look out for?

This is why i'm waiting 1-2 weeks on buying off of Traders until prices will go down.

On PC-NA I've had good luck selling Green blueprints at 1k, Blue blueprints at 5k, and Purple blueprints at 20k, but I may be a tad lower than average. I just like to get the sale quickly and not wait around for a while.

Basically the color, but I noticed as soon as I started selling that there were certain things that were more in demand, and certain things that showed up far less on the market.

Beds, for instance. Everyone seems to want one, so I set the price slightly higher for those. There is another item called "Argonian Snakes on a Rope" that is a green recipe/item, but I always put it up for a little more because I rarely see it on the market, and it doesn't stay up long when I post it.

Yeah I nearly sold a Green for 15k last night on XB1; instead a guildie voiced up and asked if I would be willing to sell it to him for 10k. Which is what i did.

So yeah these things are very sought after here on XB1.

Lol the green recipe I have is a Single High Elf Bed. People hound me for this one.

The prices have already started to drop on PC. The most expensive recipe I bought was 500 gold and that was only because I reeeaally wanted that style. I also bought one for 27 gold. Probably misposted, but in another month that'll probably be the going rate for greens. I haven't sold a single recipe at the 1200 gold mark and the guild stores are starting to have tons of duplicates.

Mats on the other hand...>.< Why are mundane runes so rare??? It says mundane right in the name!

On the XB1 NA Server all traders in the front of Grahtwood have these recipes in them. That is where I am getting my price points.

Yeah seems normal. If I could play it back I would sell all the designs on the first week even the race themed style that you like. On PC the priced dropped from 5k per green to 1.5k being the average atm in just two weeks. Seeing as to how common the green and even blue ones are I won't be surprised if it drops even further. Perhaps even to the price of provisioning recipes.
