Hello All!

I'm new to the forums here but have been playing on Xbox daily for the last year maybe a little more. With the announcement of Morrowind in June and the release of the Warden class I was wondering, Do you think we will see a class change ability like we see with name and race changes?

The only reason I ask is because Warden looks awesome but I'm not the type of player to play alts. I have a main character and a lvl 3 guy for extra bank spaces if I ever need them, which I haven't lol decon or sell for me. I would love to have multiple characters but with a family (wife and 2 kids, plus dog and bearded dragon), my house (Owning a home is a real time sink lol) and work I don't get much time to play and really at the end of the day I try to do EVERYTHING (My real obstacle)! May not be the best thing to do but that's just how I am. I like my guy and I only like playing my guy. When I enter a zone I do just about everything before moving on, I miss some stuff but I try to go back from time to time and finish these things up as I find them.

In the end I will most likely create a Warden character but IDK if ill be able to step away from my main, not to mention IDK how I will be able to see all the black spots on the map that I have completed without freaking out. I see black indicators and my brain instantly goes into "go finish that" mode.

I think it might be cool to offer a once per character "change class" (Id be willing to pay, I don't expect free stuff), this probably isn't a great idea but IDK I thought I would get your opinions.

Please don't bash me to hard, I haven't really thought it all the way through as it was just a thought that popped into my head, I know the chances of ZOS doing this is even less likely but I thought it might be a good discussion and maybe if you are like me you can give me some tips to help get over this, obstacle shall we say.

Since you asked nicely not to be bashed hard, I'll be nice too. I personally wouldn't mind it as a 1 time thing with the introduction of new classes, maybe being able to reverse the change within like a month of doing it.

But as a full time paid thing is where I'd draw the line. There are enough people at max level who have no idea how to play their class, no point in adding more fuel to that fire

I like making alts so regardless, I'd roll a Warden alt anyway but I respect that some people don't want to or simply don't have the time.

So maybe a 1 time thing with a change back within the month would be the best way to please everyone.

Thanks for the kind reply KaiVox22 and thanks Kodrac for the links. Didn't realize that this was currently being discussed. Also is there a search function for future inquires such as this? I'm still learning the mechanics of the forum here lol I literally just figured out how to quote on accident.

Last question, should I delete this post since there is clearly an abundance of these topics ongoing? Or does it matter?

That's because people really want class change!

I don't have time to play the game again. I've been playing since beta and haven't finished all the content yet. I'm interested in the Warden class - everyone is - but I'm not going to start again. I WOULD buy a class change scroll from the crown store to let me switch though.
