Most descriptions are now missing! And showing NPC's as "offline"

My xbox one just completed its update for the houses. I log on to play. I immediately go to the crafting tables to see what I can research now... and the most of the info for the armor and weapons is gone! If the item is part of a set, that info is there. If the armor has an enchantment, that info is there. But, the name is gone. The traits aren't being shown. Also, it shows everyone as "Offline" It doesn't show NPC's names or if they're sellers... I have to click on them to see what my options are. Their dialog is also missing. Also, when I click on sacks, barrels, etc, it only shows the picture of what is inside; no detail except if it is for crafting... I checked my settings, and everything is fine there. I am definitely online. I turned off my xbox, restarted it, still the same. I can't really play like this! I need to know what things are! lol How can this be fixed??? I want to play and get a house... but, I need to see the words! 
I'm logged onto the European Server. My user name is AliBuff on both xbox live and ESO.

alibuffSoul ShrivenOk, just to update... I had restarted my xbox twice and had the same problems... however, once I turned it off, and unplugged everything and then plugged it all back in, voila'! Everything on ESO was back to normal! Yay!
