Hint: Each zone has different achievements therefore they have different items on the achievement vendor. -
Ghanima_Atreides✭✭✭✭✭I believe the coffins are related to the Rivenspire achievements (zone questline) and can be bought in Shornhelm along with the bloody bowl.

Note that there are two achievement furhishing vendors in each capital city - you want the high elf woman with the long name who is selling a long list of items related to main quest achievements, not the one who is only selling a few items for achievements in that map.
