How is it xbox says 5 of my friends are playing eso when servers are down? Now it doesn't say logging in, it says there levels like they are in the game.

took a 6 month break, played some tera, no mans sky, other stuff, heard about the 4 man arena coming out with murkmire, so I'm back.
