These two items are supposed to be available from Fighter's Guild Stewards, upon the player having accomplished the General Executioner and Fighter's Guild Victor titles. I have scoured the various stewards and none have these for sale. Are they not in game; bugged or on an obscure steward I have not yet found?
The PTS station purportedly had them on the Grahtwood Fighter's Guild steward... nope!
