CREEP✭✭The new alchemy mat was the only one dropping when the PTS was up. People reported it as an error that the other new materials were not dropping from the survey's and ZOS decided to just take out the new materials from the survey's entirely, instead of fixing it so all the new materials had a drop chance from survey's.
