I am excited for Morrowind. Going back to MW is going to be very nostalgic and just a fun experience I'm sure.

I am not excited for all the lag from returning players and mroe idiots spamming AoE everywhere they walk in town.
Ugh...Do not want to abandon game again for another 5 months before it's playable again.

    We will see..

I think it will be on up to snuff. Otherwise they wouldn't be calling it a chapter and charging a separate fee for it. So I'm sure PVE players are going to be very happy re-exploring Vvardenfel and PVP get Battlegrounds.

Personally I'm very exited to visit Vivec City, it looks positively massive on the map, and the Telvanni lands, hyperoni!

I am happy to see the game getting big expantion rather than only small DLC (as I think was their original idea, that is at least how I understood it when I bought ESO, so Morrowind is a happy surprise).

In my oppinion here are some pros and cons with it.

    Pros:
    * Warden (of what they have shown of it I think it will be the perfect class for me)
    * Battlegrounds (I don't PvP much but this might take some load of cyro making grinding Alliance War less of a pain)
    * new trial (Raids has been the reason I've played wow for so long. Few things are better than a good boss, and in MMO raid bosses have the most potential)

    Cons:
    * Too many Dunmer. I really dislike them.
(I am not saying they are poorly made, but their lore and culture makes them really unlikeable, at least to me).

Morrowind was obviously a huge milestone in the TES universe, so it has great potential. My concern is that ZOS do a half-baked job like they did with TG and DB. So I'm definitely interested, but will wait until my esteemed peers on here have had a play before I commit.

But fingers crossed it's more in the vein of Wrothgar than all the other DLC, which is entirely missable.

The morrowind expansion probably won't be a full country (let alone that it is a province not a country :P)
    It is probably only going to be Vvardenfell;

We already have southern Morrowind in the game (Deshaan, Stonefalls, Bal Foyen)

What I would really want to see is the complete Morrowind, that means all the missing parts.
The Velothi mountains, Vvardenfell, the Telvanni Islands and the entire Necrom area

THAT would be an expansion :)

Especially since they wiggled out of making an equal amount of locales as in TES:III for Vvardenfell by saying that they aren't built yet.... -_- +They would be put to shame by the tamriel rebuilt project :D:D:D

Yes, who doesn't love TES III, but I doubt I'd get any close feelings, this is a MMO full of other players breaking your immersion, also, a very grindy one. And the fact that they are making us pay $40 for something that should be covered by crowns puts me off. A lot.
So yeah, I really want to be happy and get in the hype train but right now I don't know if I'm buying the DLC.

ZOS has been getting better at world building as time goes on. Vvardenfell is their latest creation. It's their largest creation. And it's going to be filled to the brim with new PvE stuff to do as well as it's going to be a gigantic new place for me to explore.

    And I've preordered the upgrade.

Yeah I'm anticipating just a tad.

I still haven't pre-ordered. I need to do it, because I NEED that dwemer horse and the armor puppy and the warden costume and everything.

I can't live without that dwemer horse mount. <3

I'm surprised it didn't come with a guar mount, though.

Do I think it will be good? I prefer to have something in my hands before I make an opinion like that.

The info page about morrowind says you can walk "through the streets" of an under construction vivec city, if my memory serves me correctly, vivec city never exactly had streets...

They didn't wiggle out of anything. Those locations actually aren't there yet because the events that caused them to be there haven't happened yet, and won't for a long time.\

The history of Morrowind has been known for a long time. It's well documented.

    First the Dwemer settled there.
Then the Chimer invaded and the Dwemer are 99.9999 percent gone.
Then the Chimer became the Dunmer, and the Tribunal came to power. (ESO not long after).
Then the Imperials settled in just before Morrowind. A lot of areas in Morrowind are Imperial built. The ghost gate was built and etc...
By the time Skyrim happens, most of the Dunmer will be driven out and it will be Argonian territory after the invasion out of Black Marsh.

Morrowind has gone through many changes over the four eras.

I certainly look forward to it. I still play the original vanilla Morrowind.

What I look forward to is to explore, buy a house in Balmora (I hope I can) and play as Warden.

I do hope it's one big zone with no invisible walls, lots of caves and delves to explore.

    Already pre-ordered.

Im not really impressive but I really like the idea of new class every year, also it seems to be worth it, 30 hour of content for 40 bucks aint bad. I approve it though fully, lets call it minor-expansion and every year sounds like a good plan to keep the hype going. I they need another hype-machine per year, maybe weapons? Q2 expansion, Q4 weapons?

I feel something like that. I didn't buy it yet and and not too sure, that I will it. My wife already pre-ordered. I will see the game before I buy it.

I have same bad feeling now, when they introduced crown store, and now I know that bad feeling was correct, crown store to me is not good. (too high prices, temporary sales, crown crates).

That is not an "expansion", not to me. It is just a big, fat, meaty DLC. I can't accept it, now not yet. I play since 90's the games was filled with additional playable contents not only 1 zone, not only 1 new system (pvp mode), not only 1 group content (trial).

The game is awesome, TESO's atmosphere is immersive but, there are too few DLC, and too few new content with every new DLC.

    What I see now?
2 new dungeon, 1 new trial, 1 new zone (or maybe 2), 1 or max 2 new system per year and we pay for it minimum the twice the price of the original game. This is the problem.
    I feel cheated.

The only 1 big problem, that TESO has the best atmosphere on the game market, hard to left, and find other game.

Decisions have to be made, I play it all over again with a fifth character or try to find another game that much more content coming in a year. Play with 2 MMO (pay for 2 MMO) it is not an option.
