Server Connection Has Timed Out (303 Errors)

Jesus Christ server time outs have increased ten fold, since the last update. Around 50% of the time I try to load my characters i'm getting timed out. Its happened to me two times while typing this post. I've been trying to play with it this weekend but, its damn near unplayable at the moment. Its taking me up to 45 minutes just to log in some times and due to other bugs i'm having to re log and reload ui like crazy which is causing me to time out even more. I can't play like this, I can barley get through listing my daily auctions without getting timed out 2 or 3 times.

Also I am using add-ons atm, but that's because I was seeing no difference in the amount of crashes I was experiencing with or without them. I have mini map, inventory grid view, and other more buggy add-ons disabled but, I kind of need MM and advanced guild store as a Merch because your default UI sucks.

I had the same Error 303 problem for a week, but in my case it wasn't ESO Head, I don't use this addon. However, this thread helped me a lot.
So, in my case it was MasterMerchant's fault, I had enormously big statistics (like 560 days of sales) for 4 trading guilds (and I needed it because I hunt rare recipes a lot, sometimes it can be like 1 sale in 200 days). But yeah, MM data was big and my PC unfortunately has slow HDD.

Eventually the file gets SO big that it can't finish loading in whatever timeframe ZOS has set between requesting a character load and actually appearing in the game world, and you keep timing out... forever.
    That's exactly what happened.
Also after last patch my LUA limit dropped to 96 instead of 1186 and I had to manually change it again.

I could log in easily with disabled MM, but since I still needed MM data, after series of timeouts and crashes I managed to log in with enabled MM and change addon's settings (something like keeping data for 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks, I don't remember exactly, but I just put lower numbers everywhere). It worked, I can log in normally now (and somehow I still have 560+ days history of my own sales, but MM files became smaller). Also ofc you can just delete all MM data if you have the same problem.

I changed my maximum amount of sales per item to 1000 and made the minimum 1 and it seems to have worked. Other then that all my other setting looked good but, it seems to have worked. I haven't timed once since I changed it. Thanks for the help @Dareena. I recommend anyone else experiencing similar issues and who is also using MM to do the same and reduce there settings to more reasonable numbers.

Fresh solution: when addon files (MM or ESO Head or something else - no matter) are too big to load them in time and you get this Error 303 all the time you can try go this two ways:
    1. Minimize your graphic settings. Somehow it works, I guess it takes less time for the game to load all needed data when the graphics is low, so you can fit into the login timeframe even with your enormous addon files.
    2. If you don't see any joy in playing in the pixelated world, there's another way: disable your problematic addon and log in without it. Wait a bit for all your graphics/mails/whatever to load. Then go to the settings, enable your addon and reload UI. As soon as the graphics is already loaded you have a higher chance to upload your addon data in time. Well, also it can cause a crash :D If I crashed, I follow the same sheme: disable the addon - log in - enable the addon. For me there's like 60-70% chance to load succesfully this way.
