Snares - How do they Stack / Interact?

As title says?

I am correct in saying that snares do not stack, right?. Neither additively or mulplicatively (ie. 70% + 30% = 79% snare). Or do they actually stack mulplicatively?

If i apply a 70% snare for 5 sec, and a 30% snare for 10 sec afterwards. Will the second snare not be applied at all, or will it be applied, but ignored untill the time of first snare runs out.

Will it always be strongest snare that counts, or is it "first in, first out" principles, like with shield stacking for example? First applied is what counts?

    I also would like to know this. I've been snared so hard I could barely move. it had to be atleast a 95℅ snare

    Snares no longer stack multiplicatively, the strongest snare now replaces all others for the duration.

    From what I've read they stack as long as it's not the same amount, up to 90%.

    I.e. 70% snare + 30% would give a 90% snare. Two 70% snares would provide 70%, and like a 40% and 30% would be 70% snare.

    As on console no really reliable way to test tho

    yeah sometimes I get cc locked by DK and I'm not sure how to respond. seems like I get rooted and then i will get knocked down right after. but I can't stun then fear someone so the cc' s look like they are in different categories or hard vs soft CC.

    do fear and stun overlap but root and stun do not? what about setting someone "off balance"?
