No news, no updates on PTS, and even bugs aren't fixed yet
BTW the furniture bound once put in house doesn't make sense....I understand that achievement furniture should be bound but why the rest of them? what if i want to put up a furniture sells and want to display those furnitures in a house?

I don't think regular furniture is bound. I've traded items I've crafted back and forth, even after they were placed in a house. I even pickpocketed an inkwell off someone, put it in my inn room then decided to gift it to a friend - no problem.

✭✭✭✭✭Furniture isn't bound. I just put a painting up for sale on a guild trader that I'd had hanging in my house for a day. (Didn't like it.)
Achievement rewards are probably bound, though.0
