PvP traits and a few other questions(sort of long)

Currently I am farming items so that when I get back into pvp(hopefully saturday) I am able to do 1vX. I hear that sharpened is the best trait for damage. Why is it better than othe traits? Same goes for armor traits. I hear impen is the best and am also wondering why it would be better than divines or some other trait. With the nerf to heavy armor should I just go light armor or stick with heavy? What would be the order of the best classs to 1vX from good to bad.
Another question I have is what undaunted set would benefit each class for 1vXing. I knoe blood spawn is pretty good for dk but would other sets function better for other classes?
If you guys also have any tips for 1vXing feel free to let me know. Such as minimum magicka and health. Tips on what to put in the warrior constellation would be appreciated.
I play on xbox so I still have time to get some builds done. As I previously stated I recently got back into eso but now none of my friends play I would be going into pvp solo all the time. It is also takes quite a while longer to farm items but I manage. If any of you play xbox and want to farm some dungeons just leave your gt.
