Animation, Trading guild bugs still going on

- Animation bug when switching weapons in Skills/Character menu (K) or (C). The weapon will disappear from hand and return to the player's back with player spinning around. The hands will still be in the holding position though.
- Animation bug when applying Healing ward. Sometimes the orange blob will appear instantly without your hands casting it.
- Browsing in the trading guilds sometimes causes problems. Sometimes the list of items turns black, requiring to search again. Sometimes searching is seriously delayed and not possible for 7 or so seconds. I'm using Master Merchant addon though, latest version. Before the Homestead patch, everything worked flawlessly.

✭Another animation bug discovered regarding hands:
- If you try alchemy, provisioning or blacksmithing, your character will lose tools and/or completely stop doing anything (animation wise) after you make an item.
It does not happen to Woodworking or Clothing, because hands animations aren't involved there.
