Fix the banker and shop for housing

I know this has been raised before, but a shop that can't repair and a bank that can't access guild stores is useless to me, and a deal breaker in terms of me buying these NPCs. If they are stationed at your house, they should have these functions, otherwise I'll still have to go to town between quest, making the house a pointless place to visit other than to sit in and say 'I have a house'.

ZOS, I have funds standing by to purchase these NPCs, but not in their current, useless state. Any news on this being changed would be much appreciated.

I would buy crowns and get the merchant if it had the repair function. But there is no point in me selling to one and then teleporting somewhere to find another to repair, so currently the crown store one is useless to me.

I do find the banker useful at least since I only have one character that I generally use with the guild stores, so it saves my other characters trips to the bank.

Prob a better idea to refund all owners 3000 crowns each assistant and release a better one in the future
