Infos about recipes of training dummies

Does anyone know which training dummies have corresponding recipes? What skills are required to craft them? And are these recipes bounded on character or bounded on account?

The recipe is tradable between characters and also with other players. Once a character has "learned" (consumed) it, only that character will be able to craft the skeletons.

The crafted skeletons are tradable.

They cost 125 master writ vouchers (regular skeleton) and 200 master writ vouchers (robust skeleton).
Good luck with that.

Alternatively you can buy a recipe or a skeleton from another player (but the few prices in gold I've seen in chat so far are just out of range, imho).

It makes sense, it's THE one and only non-cosmetic feature of housing. We shouldn't all have a skeleton within a week.

What's the difference between the two skeletons?

Differences:
The Target Skeleton has 3 million health.
The Robust Target Skeleton has 6 million health, which provides for a longer DPS parse.
