Two suggestions for Homestead I'd like to see one day

Has likely been suggested already, though I didn't find anything. Close, or merge as necessary.

This post is primarily for ZOS as a suggestion for consideration, but I welcome constructive criticism from the community.

Suggestion 1) Change the way we store Homestead objects.

Pre-placement: Takes up bag slot as per usual.
Placement: No change ( removed from bag, placed in world ).
Re-placement/Pick up: Takes up no bag space, sits inside a "Homestead Inventory" instead.

The inventory has no limit to the number of items you can store there and acts as an easily accessible, categorised menu (think of the Homestead crown store for objects ) of all your bought/crafted Homestead items - I did initially think of using the ESO+ craft bag, but I don't like the idea of leaving non-subscribers in the lurch like that.

Suggestion 2) Using Suggestion 1, provide a "Fresh Start" button. All objects in the home are moved to the Homestead bag space.

Justification for suggestion: I'd like to be able to have an inventory of items ( with quantity in brackets ) available to decorate my home with, without having it take up valuable bag space. In addition, I'd like to be able to start fresh with an empty home but be able to select and place from aforementioned inventory.
