First, great job on the start to housing. Well thought for the most part.

However, there is a fundamental problem with how you implemented housing, at least from a Crown Store perspective. When people like a certain something, that's what they typically will get, even if it's not as big and expensive as they planned on. So, for example, I bought Hundig's Palatial Hall, even though I was planning to buy enough crowns for a notable or two.
I like the serenity of the beach, the patios and the Spanish villa style architecture, etc. A friend bought Forsaken Stronghold because they wanted a jungle (and made one) and the notables oddly have relatively little grounds. For all the grandness of Daggerfall Overlook, it has little side yard and no backyard at all, and just a silly door to the water with no beach. Odd for costing more than 3x gold wise.

In any case, I feel fairly confident that you have plans for small upgrades, including to Hundig's. The tiny island right off the beach at Hundig's is inches farther than the zone wall... Of course, you could also sell more of the island's beach to us. Those, however, are small upgrades. Many of us were willing and able to purchase a notable, aren't into the pompous Dark Elf life, but still want something more. A much bigger upgrade, even to make a notable plus out of what we liked. And I love the location of Hundig's, but you can't really suddenly offer a bigger island attachment to Stros M'kai, especially for those who are into immersion.

Although at first blush, what I am asking for might sound difficult, I think for most houses you can go outside the box to effect what would be very easy upgrades to implement. What would I pay for? Off in the distance from the beach, there is a large ship like you see in every port throughout Tamriel. I want me one out back, off the beach. Heck, it would be great to be able to build a mini-dock complex out back to accommodate a variety of boats and ships. And by now you might be realizing I am on the pirate side of the ninja v. pirate dispute. Youc could offert one of those pirate coves next to the Hundig's grounds as well, and it wouldn't require redoing the map. Some of the ones already in Tamriel are largely unseen except for the entrance - I like the one at Hew's Bane  .

And I still want that bed at the Coldharbour Dark Brotherhood sanctuary. Some of us have to work for Sithis now and again you know.
