What do I do with Blueprints

I have many in my inventory. As soon as I am appropriatelly leveled to use them do I learn them so I can get them out of my inventory.

Ok I figured it out You don't have to wait to be able to use them.

Ya sell them. By the end of this year the prices should fall to an acceptable amount.

If you are real close to being able to use them, go ahead and save them. If they are green, go ahead and sell them now for a few grand, in a week or two they will only be worth a few hundred.
