Greedy players on Guild traders make ZOS's Crown Store prices look good.

Before you go buying furniture on Guild traders, make sure you do the rounds and know what the basic items for sale at home furnishing merchants around the zones are.
There are quite a few dodgy players buying 100 gold items from the merchants and selling them for 1000 gold.
Also there a lot of items being sold for 1000s that are priced for less than a 100 crowns in the crown store.
It might make sense to buy somethings for crowns / real money if you time has a value.
You need to work out what your personal ratio of your time vs real life money vs in game gold vs crowns and what each is worth to help work out where the real value is.
It will vary depending on your own circumstances.
There are some great life lessons to be learnt in all this if you want to look.
I wonder if the people that complained the loudest about the crown store prices are now the ones gouging the hardest in the guild stores.
