housing is great to show off your personality

in a game where all are invisible and you can only really discover peoples true personality in ts3/discord, housing brings a great dimension to getting to know another player, especially if they dont teamspeak. as an oil painter myself i find it very interesting to see others houses and interpret the artist inside them.

I'd like to think the houses I buy and the decoration I choose reflect the personalities of my characters. Saying that, one of them will definitely have books scattered everywhere
