[BUG] Argonian eye graphic bug again, again and again.

Dear Zenimax dryskins, a long time passed since the beginning of ESO and now we are preparing for Morrowind Chapter, but still poor argonian folk (or at least some of them) suffer from terrible eye graphic bug. I have now cute argonian guar mount, nice argonian armor and cozy argonian mud hut but still lack proper eyes.
It was reported on forum, in game, and still nothing. For Hist's sake fix it - I beg you!
Evidence (visible with 2h weapon, even more visible with dual weapon, completely horrible during blacksmithing, weapon sheathed - no sign):
