•Luxury Furnisher •A new NPC, Zanil Theran, can be found in the Hollow City within Coldharbour over the weekend and has a cycling inventory, similar to Adhazabi Aba-daro the Golden in Cyrodiil

- He is there but is not selling squat! What gives ZOS? He is not working.

In the patch notes they said he'll be first providing good around... 28th or something? Can't remember the exact date now, let me find those notes...

Is it that you see the inventory as blank? But you can sell stuff?

I hope so because that's a pretty common issue caused by some add-on or another. Try disabling them and checking again.

Here, you needed to read the next line:

Look for Zanil Theran inside “Cicero’s Food & General Goods” when he sets up shop!
He’s on his way to Coldharbour now, and is scheduled to make his first appearance on the weekend of February 24th.

So whilst he might be there now I doubt we can expect anything until the 24th at the earliest.

I do remember reading that and forgot

They are waiting until Homestead released on console.
