I logged in with a ping of 115 and after about 10 minutes I spiked at the dreaded 999 and shortly after got disconnected. It's now nearly 15 minutes later and I still can't log back into the game.

Same issue here. First attempt was a time out then back to log in screen. Tried again and it says my accounts already logged in as well.

Said it in the other thread, but it's probably just a server crash. It's Friday night prime time, Homestead just dropped, and there is probably a wave of new and returning players who are trying to play right now.

If that's the case, the game needs a priority logon queue for ESO+ subscribers.

Something tells me that a large majority of people who would come to the forums to figure out what's going on are probably subscribers. Plus, everyone bought the game, so everyone should get treated equally until they enter the game. That's when our subs should give us the advantage, like the craft bag and experience boosts.

Tried logging in around 6:50EST, got stuck in 10min loading screen... closed the window & now get error 304 ever since. Honestly, I am a returning ESO+ member. I have kept my subscription since release despite not having played since Aug 2014. This is the second time I have had trouble logging in since my return a week ago... The intermittent server issue is one of the reasons why I quit playing in the first place. That and bugged quests. I have been seeing reviews about why I should revisit ESO but so far in my personal experience over the last 6 days... it seems that not much has changed. I might want to reconsider the $180/yr that I am paying in subscription fees for a game that I don't even have a max level character in.

[You're thinking, "You're the idiot for paying and not playing" and I can't argue but as an MMO player... I thought there were going to be continued subscription bonuses for 18mos, 24mos, 30mos, 36mos... etc like there is in FFXIV. You know, the things that you can't otherwise get]

Why would you pay a sub fee for 2 years without even playing the game? SO much has changed recently and it's only getting better. Once this issue is resolved give it a chance, even from when I started playing less than a year ago there has been so much progress. Enjoy your craft bag, and you probably have enough crowns to buy all 3 manors fully furnished, haha. Yeah, they just added housing to the game, which is probably why there's an overload. Lots of returning players like you, and new ones to boot.
