Blueprint Did Not Apply to Character When Learned

Hi, I found the blue quality Blueprint, Bread, Rounded, but once I learned it could not find it in my Provisioning crafting menu so that I could craft it. I then checked -all- my other crafting menus to see if the bread print was *strangely* there instead but I still could not find it.

Kinda bummed cause I was looking forward to having something other than beets in my kitchen ...

Hi Dominoid. Love the chart it's very helpful.

Yes, I'm maxed in all crafts on that character with exception to Alchemy. Every blueprint I've found has applied to my character with no problem except for this one.

EDIT: I just looked over the requirements again and might have some skillpoints missing in a required area. I'll respec and try again.
