After we killed bloodspawn we couldn't leave the room, If anyone from group tried to move on to next room died instantly.

Yes it is because the animation of cave in continues. You have to spawn back and in ghost form run to the further rooms.

We just had the bug too. Killed Bloodspawn, then ran to next boss and got 1 shotted as we tried to leave the room, lol

Had this also lol. I got slightly triggered as I wanted to get no death run on my alt. Well good job ZOS, looks like I can't get no death in Spindle 2 in its current state.

Like seriously, do your developers not have automated testing mechanisms they use to prevent this kind of stuff?

Ran into this tonight as well. Entire group was confused. I knew something was wrong right off because the first boss' vampire adds aggroed us from the beginning of the dungeon.

This happened with our group as well. We started to run through after killing Bloodspawn, and then WACK, 2 of us instantly died. The tank and other DPS came back, we rezed, started through again, and then all four of us instantly died. WTF!! It was hilarious and one of us got it on video. We then figured out we just had to run through while in coporial form far enough to get out of the danger zone.
