    Absolutely correct. Nothing worst than the NPC getting in a portal to where they want you to meet them but not allowing you to enter as well.

    yeah thanks for nothing. ill walk. cuz apparently im talented enough to teleport through the shadows and slash with bright red imaginary blades and breathe fire and turn into pure lightning, but i cant figure out the magicka behind creating portals.
