You know its really sort of unfair in a way you allow scrolls purchased after your F *** up to stay BOE while ones purchased now are BOP... Sure I have a choice to purchase it from a player but that's not my point. You know part of the game is people buying and selling rare crap, hard to get crap etc... You really cant argue can you for the guy who bought 5-6 scrolls and sells them for 4 mil a pop.. Yes I have a choice to buy , that's not my point though.
For you to allow those scrolls to stay BOE after the fact and not offer a full refund to the scalper who bought 3-4 of them to sell is disingenuous to the rest of the population.
Why not make available that option to the rest of the population?

PS, Give that option as in give at least 24 hour notice that something is becoming BOP , so scalpers and every one else has a chance to decide what they want to do.
