[HELP] high pcu usage under loading

Since some day/week the game is really using my cpu under loading. (changing zones, or just loading into zone). Any way to fix this? or my pc is the problem? I even upgraded my cpu to i5 from i3. Still getting loading spikes and even voice shutters under it because cpu usage. 1 hour ago i even had a kernel power 41 63 error on pc. without blue screen.

I think you should check your computer first if you haven't.- Run a benchmark tool to see if you can recreate a BSOD
- Make sure all Overclocks are returned to stock.
- Check hardware is seated correctly or just reseat everything.
- Take RAM sticks out and check each one maybe run a benchmark tool see if it crashes.
- Check voltages, a tool called speedfan will show you these.
- Look in Eventlog on windows it might point to what the reason of the BSOD was.
