Where to pre-order Morrowind for PS4 if already have game

This may be me being idiotic but can't find an option to pre-order just the Morrowind update without having to also buy the base game again.
From what I have read this was an option mentioned, or was I mistaken?
I have looked on PS store and Amazon but to no avail.
Am in the UK.
Any answers greatly appreciated. Will re-buy if absolutely have to but obviously would prefer not to....

Its on the uk ps store under dlcs. Took a while to find but is definitely there

(Not going to open the can of worms about it being considered a dlc then...heh heh heh )

There is no physical upgrade version.

I'm on the PS4 and it just directed me to the Playstation store that did not show just the upgrade option without the base game.

As far as I can find, the only place to get the upgrade only on PC is on elderscrollsonline itself. I haven't seen it on any other retailers. Perhaps the PS store just doesn't have it up yet?
