Crown Store preview feedback (All Platforms)

Hey @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom
Instead of the crown store window only allowing a preview while locked in that view, I think many customers would find it more valuable if after choosing Preview, the mount, costume, motif, furniture, etc. were to remain in preview mode after leaving the menus and windows for 10-30 seconds
Not to take away from what's there but I know it would drastically cut down on support tickets if we could actually get a full preview rather than a locked POV
If you all could make this happen I really think many of us would see it as a quality of life update
