Since its not for subbers, wondering if we are allowed to use our saved up crowns to purchase it?

It is classified as an expansion and not a DLC, so real money only .....

The DEV Tracker is a valuable resource for information that ZOS replies too. Your question would of been answered with a little research .....
I don't mean to be an a$$, but too many people create new threads for questions already answered by the DEV's, then complain on why there has been no response on their question .....
